We use the "old-fashioned" Orle'ans method for making this red wine vinegar from our hand picked grapes ~ twice fermented
on the best premium dark roasted tight grained American oak we could find. Patience and close attention has brought us a great
red wine vinegar...rich...intense...flavorful...Use for marinating, salads, dressings and especially good in sauces, meats and
spicey foods.
